I recently completed the Sitecore Boxever training and certification. Boxever is acquired by Sitecore in March 2021. Sitecore Boxever is a Customer Data Platform (CDP). A customer Data Platform is a software or application that collects data from multiple tools and saves them all together into a single centralized customer database. This database can be used in a large number of ways for different purposes like Analysis or Personalization.
I have completed the Boxever training and Boxever End User certification last week. There is no doubt that Boxever is a great acquisition of Sitecore tools for Customer Experience enhancement.
The training consist of the following topics:
- Boxever CDP (Customer Data Platform) includes how it can be used in Segments, Decisioning, and Experiences for maximum profit.
- Identity Resolution - How Boxever identifies the visitors and how it stores the Information.
- Decision Model Notation (DMN) - It provides a standard approach for describing, modeling, and implementing repeatable decisions by organizations for customers.
- Data Systems and Artificial Intelligence - It is used for leveraging dynamic data as an input to the decision.
- Personalization across web-based applications.
- Full Stack Experience including A/B tests to run.
- Web Templates - It enables you to launch Web Experiences without code.
- Editing Customer Experiences and Viewing Analytics
- Triggering custom events and experiences for customers.
Sitecore Boxever has awesome and very helpful features for Marketers to track Customers and their journey in form of a Customer Data Platform.
It's a must-do course for learning tracking customers and their activities.
CDP acts as a bridge between the customer's experience and organization profits and this course describes it well. The training also covers Personalization along with A/B tests.
After the end of the training, there is a Boxever End-user Certification test with 30 multiple choice questions and you need 70% marks to pass the certification.
