Dashboards

Sitecore CDP dashboards are data visualization graphs that provide you with an in-depth overview of your customers' information and journey. They enable you to track the key metrics, identify general trends, overview traffic, and trends, and discover connections that can inform your marketing, sales, and customer service strategies. Numerous pre-built dashboards covering a broad range of customer data, such as individuals, behaviors, and engagement metrics, are available from Sitecore CDP. You can access the Sitecore CDP dashboards by clicking "Dashboards" in the navigation pane.

Effective Suspected Activity Detection - Dashboards can also help you save time and effort by providing quick information about suspected bot activity by bot type and peak attack times.

Different Types of Dashboards

Summary Report - The Summary Report dashboard helps to visualize trends in your Sitecore CDP data. You use it to gain insights into seasonal data and, performance of promotional campaigns, and to get ideas for experiences and experiments.

Segment Report - The Segment Report dashboard helps to track the number of customer searches, orders, sessions, and channels used over the past 6 months. Period-on-period graphs compare data for the most recent 3 months to the 3 months that preceded them, which helps you understand trends in customer interactions.

Traffic Report - The Traffic Report dashboard shows site traffic analytics. It provides an overview of trends in traffic and behavior metrics of site visitors (such as the first page visited and top pages). If you are tracking site traffic using Urchin Traffic Monitors (UTMs), the report also shows various UTM metrics. The Traffic Report shows data for the past 7 days.

Suspected Bot Activity Report - The Suspected Bot Activity Report dashboard highlights irregular traffic and guest activity that might be attributed to bot activity. The report includes focused data on cart, event, and bounce bots. Use it to better understand the regular and irregular site traffic and identify suspicious trends.

Events Report - The Events Report dashboard provides a summary of your organization's event activities, including counts of view, tracking, interactions, and custom events for the selected period.

I will be going to explain all these different types of dashboards in future blogs.

Dashboards in Sitecore CDP are a powerful tool for gaining valuable insights from your customer data. By using dashboards effectively, you can make informed decisions that can improve your marketing and sales teams ultimately leading to business growth and success.
