The Create page in Content Hub allows the users to upload new files into the DAM. It also provides an overview of the files that have not yet been submitted for review. It is the place where the assets reside before they are approved for use.

Users can create new content in DAM using three methods:
Drag-and-drop

Users can create new content in Content Hub using the drag-and-drop feature under the Upload tab (supported by HTML5 compliant browsers).
Select Files
Users can create new assets in Content Hub DAM using the Select Files feature where users can select the files they want to upload.
While the files are uploading, users cannot leave the page. A progress bar is displayed to indicate the progress of the upload.
Import Links

Users can create new assets in Content Hub DAM using the Import Links feature where they can introduce the URLs (public or signed) of the files they want to upload.
By clicking on Import, a job is created to upload the assets in DAM. The status of the upload can be monitored on the My Jobs page. When the upload is complete, the Create page will display the uploaded assets.
